COURSE NAME: BASIC SAFETY TRAINING COURSE - INCLUDING PRACTICAL

COURSE DURATION: 11 DAYS

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

1. 1. Passport,
2. 2. 10th Mark Sheet or STCW Certificate,
3. 3. DG Shipping Approved ILO Medical Certificate,
4. 4. E-learning,

Candidates ought to bring their own Boiler suit and Safety Shoes, In-case missed out, provisions are made and can be purchased at the PMA Campus approximately 800Rs.

This Course Includes All the Practical's also (Full 5 Yrs. Validity Single Certificate will be issued as per DGS Latest Orders 11 of 2022)

This Course will be Completed in THREE Mandatory Steps: -

1. 1. D.G. Shipping E- Learning to be done on D.G. Shipping Website (To be Done Online from Home)


2. 2. Offline / Physical Classes at PMA Campus. Candidates will Have to Attend the Physical Classes (100% attendance), during the entire course.


3. 3. Once the Above TWO Steps are Complete, you are then eligible to Appear for the DGS Exit Exam ONLINE for which you have to pay Rs. 295/- per course per attempt to DGS (this to be paid to the Institute & we will pay to DGS on your behalf, this Exam FEE is NOT included in the Course FEE). 2^nd and 3^rd attempt to be paid by the candidate directly in the institute. You will Get 3 Attempts to Clear the DGS Exit Exam, failing to which the course at PMA will have to be done again, by Rebooking.

EXIT EXAM:

Exit exam will be conducted at PMA Exam Hall. On Completion immediately after the completion of the course (same Day), Candidates will Have to appear for the 1st Attempt Exam without fail, if they DO NOT appear, they may Not be allowed to appear Later, as per DGS Rule and Certificate will not be issued.

PERSONAL SAFETY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PSSR) E-LEARNING COURSE ID: 6141 Minimum Contact Hours required by DGS: 12 Hrs., Minimum Pass Marks: 50%

ELEMENTARY FIRST AID (EFA E-LEARNING COURSE ID: 6131 Minimum Contact Hours required by DGS: 9 Hrs., Minimum Pass Marks: 50%
