Training Structure

As mandated by DG Shipping, this course follows a three-stage training process:

1. DG Shipping E-Learning Module
2. Physical Classroom Training
3. Online Exit Examination

Required Documents

• Passport
• Certificate of Competency (CoC)
• Vertical Integration Course for Trainers (VICT) Certificate
• E-Learning Completion Certificate

Note: All documents must be uploaded in PDF format and should be less than 1 MB in size.

Course Completion Process

Step 1: Complete the DG Shipping E-Learning Module online from home.

Step 2: Attend physical classes at PMA with mandatory 100% attendance.

Step 3: Upon successful completion of the above stages, candidates will be eligible to appear for the DG Shipping Exit Examination.

Exit Exam Fee: ₹295 per attempt (payable separately and not included in the course fee).

Candidates will be provided up to three attempts to clear the examination. Failure to qualify within the permitted attempts will require re-enrollment in the course.

Exit Examination

The Exit Examination will be conducted at the PMA Examination Hall immediately after completion of the course. Attendance for the first attempt is mandatory. Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of all examination requirements.

Facial Verification

Dress Code

All candidates must maintain a professional appearance during the training period.

For Gents: Formal attire is mandatory.

For Ladies: Chudi or formal attire is mandatory.

Candidates not adhering to the dress code may not be permitted to attend classes.
