Note: All documents must be uploaded in PDF format and should be less than 1 MB in size.

Facial Verification

Candidates must ensure that their photograph and signature are updated in their Seafarer Profile before attending the course.

• 1.5 cm × 3.5 cm

Dress Code

All candidates must maintain a professional appearance during the training period.

For Gents: Formal attire is mandatory.

For Ladies: Chudi or formal attire is mandatory.

Candidates not adhering to the dress code may not be permitted to attend classes.

Candidates must meet any one of the following eligibility criteria:

• Successful completion of a DG Shipping approved Pre-Sea Engineering Course as per TEAP Part A – Flow Diagram III/1.

OR

• Hold a Class IV Marine Engineer Certificate of Competency (CoC) with a minimum of 6 months approved sea service.

OR

• Candidates eligible to appear for Class II Marine Engineer Examinations.

Important Note:

Only DG Shipping Approved Certificates of Competency (CoC) will be accepted for admission to this course.
