Note: All documents must be uploaded in PDF format and should be less than 1 MB in size.
Facial Verification
Candidates must ensure that their photograph and signature are updated in their Seafarer Profile before attending the course.

Dress Code
All candidates must maintain a professional appearance during the training period.
For Gents: Formal attire is mandatory.
For Ladies: Chudi or formal attire is mandatory.
Candidates not following the dress code may not be permitted to attend classes.

Eligibility Criteria
andidates must meet any one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Successful completion of a DG Shipping approved Pre-Sea Engineering Course in accordance with TEAP Part A – Flow Diagram III/1.
OR
- Hold a Class IV Marine Engineer Certificate of Competency (CoC) with a minimum of 6 months sea service.
OR
- Candidates eligible to appear for Class II Marine Engineer Examinations.
Important Note:
Only DG Shipping Approved Certificates of Competency (CoC) will be accepted for course admission.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATE :-
- For course Cancellation send a mail to payments@pondicherrymaritime.com along with your bank account mention IFSC code too.
- The Refund amount will be done by online payment in the account details provided by the candidate within 7 working days.
- For course date Postpone 10% of the Course fee will be collected from the candidate.
- For Practical Courses once booked Payment will not be refunded or shifting of courses cannot be done.
